Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

Because our reports are digital products (PDF) delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of one-time digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered, except as described below.

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
• The amount charged was incorrect
• You did not receive your purchased report due to a technical error on our side, and we could not resolve the issue within 7 days

2. Subscriptions

We do not currently offer subscription services. All purchases are one-time payments for single digital products, so there are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@5etea.com with:

• The email address used for the purchase
• The order number or transaction date
• The reason for the request

We will respond within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, please contact us first. We are happy to resolve any issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
